Unfortunately no. We cannot offer refunds to any volunteer under any circumstances. If a serious situation occurs such as a death in the family, or life-threatening circumstances, a BRP representative will work with you to rearrange your Venture Trip plans. Each BRP trip is budgeted based on the amount of volunteers traveling. With hundreds of applications, each volunteer who reserves a space is confirming to pay the full amount due and travel. BRP is not responsible for any refunds or payment for any volunteer. If a donor processes a refund, the volunteer will be held fully responsible for the total amount due.
